– Products must be in their original unused and unopened condition with the original invoice

Refunds:
– after receiving and inspecting the product. The refund request will be processed within 5 business days
– The refund will be made with the same original payment method you used when you made the purchase

Non-returnable products:
– Personal products such as cosmetics that have been opened or used
– Products that have been damaged due to misuse

Shipping costs:
– In the event of an error on our part or damage to the product. We will bear the cost of shipping
